Faqs
1. How difficult is the hike during the tour?
The hike is considered moderate to challenging due to the high altitude and long uphill sections, but our team supports you safely and always at your own pace. Our goal is for you to enjoy the route without pressure, adjusting the group’s pace to the needs of each traveler so you can have a comfortable and rewarding experience.
2. Does the altitude affect you during the tour?
The tour takes place above 4,300 meters above sea level, so it’s possible to feel tired, experience headaches, or shortness of breath. Yes, after completing the lagoon circuit, you can enjoy the Pacchanta hot springs—an optional service ideal for relaxing your muscles after the hike. Our guide will assist you and provide enough time for you to enjoy this moment of rest. Although the entrance fee is not included, we recommend bringing a swimsuit and a towel if you plan to participate. As an agency, we make sure you finish your day in a pleasant and revitalizing way.
